Refund policy

1. Important Policy Windows

  • 7-Day Policy: You can request a return or size exchange within 7 days of delivery.

  • No Extensions: Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.

2. Condition of Item

To pass our Quality Check (QC), the garment must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and undamaged.

  • Returned with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.

3. Refund Process

  • QC Approval: Refunds are initiated after the item reaches our facility and passes the quality check.

  • Timeline: Once approved, your refund will be processed within 1 to 4 business days.

  • Payment Mode:

    • Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment source.

    • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are refunded to your provided bank account or UPI ID.
