To pass our Quality Check (QC), the garment must be:

Unused, unwashed, and undamaged.

Returned with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
3. Refund Process

QC Approval: Refunds are initiated after the item reaches our facility and passes the quality check.

Timeline: Once approved, your refund will be processed within 1 to 4 business days.

Payment Mode:

Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment source.

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are refunded to your provided bank account or UPI ID.
